That gives you a way to include a keyword that will also bring in the other words as well called LSI keywords where you benefit from ranking in all related derivatives of your phrase. Like maybe from your phrase above the words ” the best techniques for weight loss” ranks well.
You will have a chance with that phrase as well even if it does not include the “hypnosis” keyword. It can be a bit confusing but when searching online for keywords, trying using short phrases to see what results show up
